Banana & Yoghurt Bedtime Snack

- Oat & Pumpkin Crunch
- 10 g oats
- 5 g pumpkin seeds
- 5 g honey
- ½ banana
- 100 g fat free yoghurt (yeo valley)
- Mix oats and pumpkin seeds
- Stir in honey until well covered
- Spread on baking tray and bake in oven (gas 4, elect 180c, fan 160c) or under the grill until browned
- Slice banana and add to yoghurt
- Top with oat & pumpkin crunch
Make a large batch of oat & pumpkin crunch and keep in an airtight container
Also makes a good snack any time of day
